Moving downstairs, the marble staircase with Andalucian tile features, we have an exceptionally useful space. Currently used as a third bedroom, there is no reason why you couldn't change to a games room, a second lounge or whatever you require.

This floor also has a utility area, Complete with a work surface to assist with the daily chores one can't escape, a shower room with toilet, and lots of storage.

The top floor of this lovely town house has two bedrooms and another bathroom. This bathroom has just been totally refurbished and has a dropped ceiling, stylish tyling, new bath with a rainforest shower plus a storage unit / WHB.

Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, and the master bedroom has lovely views of one of the two swimming pools in the community.

We can't imaginf anything about this property you will want to change except to make it personal to you.

The overall plus of this property is that is an exceptionally good price… over €10,000 cheaper that similar properties in the area, as the owner is realistic and not wishing to waste anyone's time.
