One of a kind. Andalucian style, corner, beach bungalow/townhouse/semidetached house with 3 bed-2bath and a a lot of outdoor space. Sea views. It needs some work but it working well. For your information the living and open kitchen area is not so big. aprox 25m2 but it is possiblilities to make it larger.

It is a one level house but the access to the house is one level down and one of the two terraces is half a level up. You can see it on the pictures.

The 19 houses in the urbanisation are in different levels and this house is a corner one attached with the one neighbour just by the back bedroom. The house has a nice terrace partly coverd outside the livingroom. A few steps up it has a spacious open terrace with partly views towards Fuengirola. It is about 56 m2 and recently tiled and upgraded.

The house has two parking spaces just outside the entrance. Not covered. The house has a front patio where you access the main entrance, a storage and utilityroom under the stairs. Also there is a private access to the 3rd bedroom with en suite shower room. But you can also access the bedroom from the inside of the house.

The kitchen is on the right when you enter the main door. It need to be upgraded but is working fine. The livingroom continues and open up to the terrace. To the left from the kitchen you have a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom facing the patio and two bedrooms facing the front terrace. The third bedroom is have a door and a window to the patio.

The third bedroom has on suite shower room.

This house is just 200 meters from the sea but has its own poolarea which is 1 min walk away. You can not see it from the house. Since the house is second line in the urbanisation the noice from the road is not loud but you can hear the waves and road a bit.

There is also another pool just 3 minutes walk away, olympic size that is for the whole of El Faro habitants with sunbeds, lifeguard, restrooms and a restaurant next to it.

This place is for people who want a low maintanance place for holiday or to live in permentantly.

Its a huge rental potential, low costs and nice neighbours. Scandinavian, brittish and spanish. Just saying.

It is only 5 min walk to the beach as the access is down the road and a passage under the mainroad. There is also a weel chair access. The beach just in front is Tropicana Beach Club and has entertainment by night ever so often during the summer. There is also another beach club just a few hundred meters away called El Faro Playa. That is by the main entrance to El Faro. The restaurant It is open all year.

The urbanisation is situated just 5 min drive from Fuengirola and La Cala de MIjas. The bus stop is down the road and you will find a few restaurants nearby within a short walking distance of 2 minutes. You can also walk to Fuengirola and the shopping areas just in 20 minutes. Around El Faro there is a lot of nature and paths to walk on. ON the plan the new walkway by the sea. The work will start very soon. Nice area to enjoy nature and beach. El Faro has some winds coming in to the bay across to Fuengirola so a lot of surfing and kating is popular there.
