Lovely and sympathetic old cortijo; traditional farm house that has been extensively reformed with piety mixing old and new.
The house is located just outside the small town Villanueva del Trabuco and short distances to Malaga 45 km and 80 km to Granada.
The cortijo is devided into two main houses. One with nine rooms plus kitchen, five of which are bedrooms, lounge/dining room plus kitchen. The other property has two bedrooms, bathroom lounge and kitchen. It has five terraces. The house is surrounded by beautiful garden with peaceful athmosphere under the shade of olive trees and mountains.The current owners ran a Bed & Breakfast and have won many Tripadvisor’s “Travelers Choice” certificates.
The house is great for a large family, friends, yoga entrepreuner or maybe you would like to continue the bed and breakfast activity. The large plot has a beautiful garden and lots of charming details. Enjoy the privacy of the garden’s small meadows and terraces. The rooms also have their own private balconies or lovely views from the French balconies to the olive groves and mountains. The garden has a ecological fres water swimming pool and a fountain.
