Great townhouse in princesa Kristina very close to the pool in a cul-de-sac road. house has been fully renovated, beautiful modern kitchen, fantastic dining / ,lounge space, decorated to high standard and very inviting. from the dining you have your own private terrace, to enjoy that summer afternoon.. (or any day in the year really). From the kitchen a small garden for those that like to do some gardening it is an ok size to put some plants etc.
on the first level you also find the first bedroom and a family bathroom. Downstairs a really good size private garage.
First floor 3 more bedrooms, master is en-suite and has a lovely terrace.
Two good size smaller rooms, one with terrace and then you have the solarium with spectacular views of Manilva and the whole coast. Great house as an all year residency.
